Joints Spa was founded with one clear purpose: to bring world-class massage therapy to one of Dubai's most dynamic and growing communities. Al Jaddaf — a neighbourhood whose name literally means "The Rower" — has long been a place of energy, movement, and resilience. We saw in it the perfect home for a spa dedicated to helping people recover, restore, and move better.

Together, we combine traditional manual therapy techniques with contemporary sports science to deliver treatments that are medically informed and deeply relaxing.
